I have visited the show several times in the past to just look at the cars while getting my old vehicle serviced nearby. I had the pleasure of working with Harold Shelby on getting my new BMW X5. My buying experience was fairly straightforward with no doubts about all that was being explained to me by Harold. We had a pleasant experience from the test drive, explanation of functions of the vehicle. He took the time to tell us in detail about the car and constantly asked if we had any questions that we would like to ask. At no time did I ever feel pressured or intimated to buy anything. The financial portion of the deal was done Aaron Devane who was as equally pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I wanted to get rubber mats immediately for the vehicle and Harold helped expedite and install them as well. He introduced me to Donnie Mitchell who manages the parts department and helped get the mats that I wanted. The experience had at BMW of Silver Spring was excellent and I would do it again in the future.
