This was my first time experience shopping for a new

This was my first time experience shopping for a new vehicle from BMW of Silver Spring. I have visited the show several times in the past to just look at the cars while getting my old vehicle serviced nearby. I had the pleasure of working with Harold Shelby on getting my new BMW X5. My buying experience was fairly straightforward with no doubts about all that was being explained to me by Harold. We had a pleasant experience from the test drive, explanation of functions of the vehicle. He took the time to tell us in detail about the car and constantly asked if we had any questions that we would like to ask. At no time did I ever feel pressured or intimated to buy anything. The financial portion of the deal was done Aaron Devane who was as equally pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I wanted to get rubber mats immediately for the vehicle and Harold helped expedite and install them as well. He introduced me to Donnie Mitchell who manages the parts department and helped get the mats that I wanted. The experience had at BMW of Silver Spring was excellent and I would do it again in the future.

Andre is a phenomenal salesman. He is honest and upfront with 100% transparent pricing. He’s a pleasure to deal with and extremely diligent and responsive. It was so quick and easy to get a deal done with him. Also, management deserves a 5 star rating as well. They really work with you to get a deal done! Awesome dealership all around!

I love my BMW

My experience at BMW of Silver Spring was a pleasure. Starting with Chase my service advisor he helped me make the best decision in buying a new car instead of fixing my car. Then Harold Shelby helped me every step of the way after that along with the his financial advisors Gen and Jhonayra, after all I walked away with a white 2015 X5, beautiful vehicle that I will cherish forever.

Outstanding service from start to finish , if you’re

Outstanding service from start to finish , if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle this is the place to go. Robert and Gen took care of me , both we’re very knowledgeable and transparent. The paperwork process was fairly easy they made sure i knew exactly what to expect out of the deal. Coming from a Happy X3 buying customer the 4 hour ride to Silver Spring BMW was worth every minute of the way :D Thank You.
