BMW of Silver Spring

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from BMW of Silver Spring. BMW of silver spring did an amazing job on my sale. The customer service that I get at this dealership and the overall care and service second to none. I recently purchased an automobile from the dealership a little over a week ago. My BMW sales person and advisor Nate Vitek was able to answer all of my questions and find me the vehicle I wanted. I was able to get a rare allocation thanks to Nate and the sales manager Joanna and when any issues arose they were able to address them quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW or a luxury vehicle. They truly tailor the experience to the customer and go above and beyond. Just wanted to let you know that Andre was one of the first CA’s I contacted after my local branch performed horribly, so much so that I began to question the brand. After dealing with a bakers dozen of BMW CA’s from FL to Portland I did want to let you know that Andre truly performed, and set himself apart from the rest. Even after I explained I was set on a specific build, he showed true persistence and followed up on a weekly basis with new incoming cars. And when I explained last week that I had found the build I was looking for at a dealership less than 200 miles from my home, he continued to follow up with “well-wishes” before and after the Christmas holiday!
