However, Nate at Silver Spring was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. After our initial test drive he helped me with customization and placing my order. BMW of Silver Springs exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My representative David Davila was professional, courteous and very responsive. His follow up and follow through was paramount. I was skeptical purchasing a car out of state however David provided me videos and pictures of every angle. He was also very transparent about the wear and tear areas of the car.
