Lonnie is the BEST!!!!

Gen and Karen were amazing!

Gen and Karen were amazing! I have been working with Karen for many years is always listens and finds exactly what I want in the price range I request. she is very knowledgeable on the cars and leaves you feeling comfortable owning a BMW. I also thoroughly enjoyed working with Gen in Finance who negotiated the lowest possible interest rate which was much appreciated. He was extremely friendly and honest. Thank you both so much for being so helpful and knowledgeable and making this a transaction a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Karen and Gen for an amazing BMW experience.

Had a great experience with the salesman, Ron Askew. Had a wonderful interaction with Aaron at Finance, but did not get the expected rate on the financing. Love the Mercedes-Benz I bought for now but time will tell how it performs going forward.

I feel fortunate to have connected with Harold Shelby for

I feel fortunate to have connected with Harold Shelby for my new car purchase. In these times of production issues, price parity among dealers, limited allocations, and overall obstacles in obtaining models in demand, it really comes down to customer service. Harold is a gem. Not only is he an absolutely delightful person, but he is excellent at communicating with the client. He is patient with you, and works to address any concerns. I cannot express how much of a difference that makes. Open an honest communication is a real virtue. If that's not enough, Harold also goes above and beyond for you every step of the way. There are good people in the business, and he's certainly one of them. Gen Awanohara in the Finance Dept. was also very friendly. He was thorough, had all the "paperwork" ready to go and was patient with me. Although I ultimately declined to add on any extra services, I appreciate he took the time to explain them and they were reasonably priced. He was also quick to accommodate when it appeared we might have a slight misunderstanding in regard to the loan.
