Caring and understanding service advisor
I have the best service adviser! Rachel Rhea make sure things get done and give solid advise in reference to things that need to be done immediately and things that can be done in the near future! Like everyone, Covid affected me financially and having someone that understands the struggle is necessary and much appreciated!!! I recommend her for sure!

Great service
I was looking to build and purchase a BMW and Nate Vitek who was my sales representative made the process super easy. He always had a answer to any question that I had and he was very punctual with responding to any of my questions in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this dealerships.

BMW of Silver Spring is the ONLY BMW dealership I trust with my X5. Joe Diss is the Service Manager and he is so friendly. Joe makes me feel appreciated and respected every time I visit. He also goes out of his way to make sure any repairs or service are completed. Grant King is my Service Advisor and has always treated me right, great with communication and never let me down! Be sure to ask for Grant, he is great!
