I’d be remiss if I didn’t share my stellar experience at BMW of Silver Spring. Nowadays - due to the pandemic - car buying can be a hassle with limited inventory, but Lonnie made buying my X1 seamless and stress-free. He was very organized and diligent with my paperwork, and his customer service is top-notch! He makes you feel like he actually cares, which is something I appreciated.

This is my second purchase from BMW of Silver Spring and I always have the most amazing experience. My salesperson Lonnie was the best! he answered all my questions and was truly a professional throughout the entire sales process. I will not buy another BMW from anyone else other than Lonnie and the team at BMW of Silver Spring.

We were in the market for a new vehicle. We purchased our X5 from this location about a year ago. We got a very helpful sales person Lonnie he was great. Unfortunately that vehicle got total so we were shopping around for a new one. After many search we end up back at BMW of Silver Spring again and we contact Lonnie ones again and he was on it. We loved working with him, he is so nice and he knows what he is doing. He was very helpful. We got a new X7 and we love it. Ask for Lonnie next time your ready to purchase a new/used BMW.

Harold Shelby is a rockstar! I had a a lot of email correspondence with him over email where we finalized the price of the car. He was very accommodating especially since I wanted every detail in writing. When I got to the dealership, he had my car up front and ready for a test drive as promised. The test drive experience was also a lot of fun - Harold had an excellent route picked out where I could really test my X7’s incredible power. Harold and pretty much everybody I interacted with at the dealership were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I am proud to say that I signed the paperwork then and there and drove home in my new car. Thank you for everything Harold!!
