BMW of Silver Spring made the custom order of our BMW X5

BMW of Silver Spring made the custom order of our BMW X5 a dream. We previously met with Harold Shelby and his demeanor felt like he was a partner. When we became more serious, we were contacted and pressured by other dealerships, but we knew that we wanted to work with Harold due to his up-front, honest and no pressure approach. As we continued through the process it was great working with Harold. His experience in the business was something we benefited from greatly. Car buying can feel stressful, but not with Harold Shelby and the team at BMW of Silver Spring. They are definitely there to guide and aid you through the process to help you get what you want, not what the dealer thinks you should have. Thank you again Harold and BMW of Silver Spring for making our car buying experience an extremely pleasant experience.

Ordered my new X3 with Dave Strassman.

Ordered my new X3 with Dave Strassman. It was a Great experience, he went over all the available options. He explained each one in detail so I was able to order the car I wanted. My X3 arrived sooner than expected, it's beautiful everything I wanted. Dave went over all the technical stuff in the car. He made me feel confident if I had any questions after delivery, he'll be available to answer them. Gen Awanohara did my financing, it was quick and painless. Based on my driving history he was able to make some great suggestions on additional features I may be interested in. He took. the time to explain the benefits of each one. Both gentleman were extremely helpful. It was the last Saturday and last day of the month (a very busy day) and neither gentleman made me feel rushed. Lastly as a woman walking into a dealership you are never sure what to expect. Dave and Gen were extremely respectful.

Don’t look anywhere else!

Make Nick your Go To Associate!

This was my very first time at a BMW dealership so I didn't know what to expect when I first got there. Nick was assigned as my sales associate and was nothing short of amazing! Even my 12 year old daughter made a comment on his professionalism. Nick was patient with answering all my questions, extremely knowledgeable on BMW vehicles and most importantly, didn't try to up sell me on a more expensive car. He helped me with the features on the car and the app! I would definitely recommend him as your next sales associate and BMW of Silver Springs your dealership to visit.
