Buying my first hybrid from BMW of Silver Spring was a great experience. Scott took care of me and my wife while shopping for a new car. He didn't push rather he was able to answer all our questions and give his opinion when we asked him. He was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. He recommended certain things to make our final purchase seamless like coming to get our trade in car appraisal on an earlier day and talking to the finance manager ahead of time about the various financing and package items. He made our car buying experience easy and definitely recommend this dealership!

The dealership is conveniently located between Baltimore and DC in an auto park with nearly a dozen brands. The staff are friendly and professional in their various roles. At the time of this review, the dealership is under construction. Brittany answered the phone at 8am sharp, and went straight to work. The car was ready when we arrived for a test drive. She was not familiar with Landrover, so we didn't get the usual 'here's this feature and there's that amenity' spiel, but we didn't need it. It took less than 15 minutes for her to process the paperwork and seal the deal. She brought us drinks and snacks, and made small talk while we waited. She made us feel comfortable and appreciated, as she was attentive, kind, and adept. Unfortunately, the finance rep Aaron was not. He was slow to respond, and disinterested. He accepted the approval docs from my credit union, and pitched the add-ons which we politely declined, because the credit union's coverages were better. We were disappointed to learn that despite the approval and double the down payment he asked, we were not allowed to take the vehicle. We showed him that the check for more than the cost of the vehicle was to arrive in 12 hours, but he insisted that 'SOME people don't bring in a check and then we have a hard time getting the vehicle back." We drove home offended, with a receipt, but no car. Brittany apologized, and agreed to deliver the car to us in Baltimore, but unfortunately texted later that they were short staffed. We returned next day with the paper check, and Brittany checked in with Aaron. He said he was with a client and needed a few minutes. We helped ourselves in the cafe. 20 minutes later, I noticed Aaron at his desk on his cell phone. I asked if he's still with a customer, and he said no. We explained this to Brittany, and she inquired. 15 minutes later, Aaron came to get us, no acknowledgment of the extended wait, no eye contact, few words at all, until he asked again about the tire protection package add-on, which we now declined. I inquired about the 12/12 warranty he did not include in our paperwork, so he corrected the docs, and we signed again. He concluded with a smug 'congratulations,' --no thank you, enjoy, nothing. Brittany noticed my disappointment, apologized again, and returned the experience to a more pleasant one. Hopefully, this detailed review will help BMW Tisch Silver Spring address Aaron's cold, negative attitude, and commend Brittany's professionalism.

Fantastic experience for the order/delivery of new 2022
Fantastic experience for the order/delivery of new 2022 BMW X5 45e. Brittany Barrett was the sales person that helped me from start to finish. She was very professional, always responded quickly to my e-mail/test questions, kept me apprised of the vehicle status during the order/production/delivery process and provided great hands on instruction when I took delivery. I highly recommend Brittany.

Brittany was amazing.
Brittany was amazing. That was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few. She was informative, transparent and always available for questions and concerns. She was also great about keeping me up to date on the process of my order. Best of all she was kind, had a great personality and was pleasant to work with. I pretty much knew what I wanted and she seamlessly made it happen. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is interested in BMW or buying a new car. Excellent experience
I was searching for a 4 series and found what I wanted at BMW of Silver Spring. I drove from Long Island, NY, and arrived on site to be greeted by Ronald Askew. He made sure he was attentive to all of my questions and concerns and displayed excellent customer service while I was on site.
