BMW of Silver Spring

This was my very first time at a BMW dealership so I didn't know what to expect when I first got there. Nick was assigned as my sales associate and was nothing short of amazing! Even my 12 year old daughter made a comment on his professionalism. Nick was patient with answering all my questions, extremely knowledgeable on BMW vehicles and most importantly, didn't try to up sell me on a more expensive car. He helped me with the features on the car and the app! I would definitely recommend him as your next sales associate and BMW of Silver Springs your dealership to visit.

I recently bought a BMW i4 from BMW of Silver Spring. Kyle Greene was an outstanding advisor, helpfully introducing me to BMW's first fully electric sedan and explaining its features. He was thoughtful and not at all pushy through the sales process, and has been superbly responsive regarding questions I have had since my purchase. Gen Awanohara also provided me with very valuable advice through the financing process. Keep up the great work team BMWSS!

The sales rep Paul John was a joy to work with. I was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and Paul went above and beyond to take care of me. We were able to close the deal quickly and at a great price. The Business Manager I worked with Gen Awanohara was great as well. We were able to go over all options for coverage. Gen was also very professional and efficient when it came to the paperwork to finalize the deal. Great Dealership with plenty of options. The have a great inventory and was impressed by the showroom. There was a limited edition BMW M4 “KITH” which was very nice to see in person as it is very rare.

So, the first word that comes to mind? Rockstar. Brittany is so engaged, so thoughtful, so efficient. Honestly? This is what car buying should be. I've never felt more taken care of from a car salesperson. So impressed. Whatever they're paying her, she deserves a bonus, because we'll be back for our next vehicle.

I ordered my BMW with Desirea Jackson and the build was extremely delayed, no fault of the dealer. Desirea communicated with me throughout and was a pleasure to work with.
