Our experience with Harold Shelby was awesome!

Our experience with Harold Shelby was awesome! We would give more than 5 stars, if possible. He assisted us with the purchase of a 2019 BMW X3M with professionalism, courteousness, kindness and so much patience as we wanted to review as many offerings as possible. We felt treated with respect and valued. The whole experience was stress-free, and Harold even proposed to return the plate of our traded vehicle to the MVA and to fill the tank of our new BMW. There are no words to express our gratitude to him. If you feel you need that extra attention, gentleness and patience, I highly recommend you ask for Harold Shelby.

Harold Shelby of BMW Silver Spring

I worked with Harold Shelby to purchase a 2022 BMW X4M Competition. I have never had such a great experience with a car salesman or car dealership in my 40 years on the planet. Harold was a genuinely nice, patient, fair and equitable sales consultant. Having dealt with him only twice I can easily say I trust him and would happily go out of my way to recommend people to him. I work in an industry (wealth management) where being likable and trustworthy is absolutely essential to being successful so it is wonderful to have that reciprocated when I am on the buying side. You are a patient man and I felt the entire transaction was fair, equitable, fast paced, and easy. I purchased a BMW X3 PHEV from Roberto Jimenez. Roberto was extremely helpful from the start. I was looking at other models before finally deciding on what I wanted. Roberto was patient and walked me through various options so that I could make an informed decision. I recently purchased a BMW M5 from David Davila and finance specialist Gen Awanoharo. These gentleman were excellent from start to finish. David listened very carefully to my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was very patient and knowledgeable on every level. He explained and demonstrated the features of my new purchase. Finance specialist Gen as well demonstrated these same qualities from start to finish. Gen is very knowledgeable and put together a deal and program that reflected a positive outcome. They are both very professional, courteous and competent. BMW of Silver Spring is quite fortunate to have these gentleman on their team.

Roberto Was extremely professional and super helpful at finding me the right vehicle. He was attentive and listened to what I wanted and needed and it didn’t feel like I was just a sale. The finance department was extremely helpful as well by getting me the price point I was looking for in regards to payment.
