My experience purchasing a BMW X4 from Desirea at BMW of Silver Spring was exceptional. She was honest, very personable, and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Desirea listened to what I wanted and did not attempt to sell me options that I did not need. The dealership is highly customer focused and I am very pleased with my car. This is my first BMW and Desirea made the entire process of buying a new car a wonderful experience!
