Outstanding experience at this dealership. Although I did not purchase a new car from this dealer, they took excellent care of new to me BMW and helped me with all my questions. Gen was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and issues resolved. He constantly stayed in touch through out the process and always made himself available when I had a question. If I could leave 6 starts I would! Gen, thank you for your help!
