Gen and Andre was really knowledgeable and helpful. Mostly i liked the condition of the car which was better than in the picture. I got a used 2015 M3 and it is awesome. I’ve never had a better experience purchasing a car at a dealership. Harold Shelby was my salesman and he made me feel comfortable the entire time. After I describe the type of car I was looking for, he searched the inventory and found the perfect car for me. I didn’t feel pressured throughout the process. We took things step by step. Gen assisted me through the finance process and was pleasant as well. Gen was honest and gave me great advice. Even after I leaving the lot with my new car, Harold continued to keep in touch and check on me. I truly appreciate the BMW of Silver Spring experience. It is unmatched. 10/10!

I recently visited BMW of Silver Spring and had a relatively decent experience. They did not receive 5 stars as I walked around the showroom for a while and no one was around to help. After walking aimlessly for a bit I went to the receptionist that repeatedly saw me walking back and forth and didn't offer any assistance nor greeted me when I entered if there was someone available to help me. Lonnie Overby ended up helping me and he is who saved this dealership from getting 1 star. He is personable and friendly and turned the experience completely around. Thank you Lonnie.
