BMW of Silver Spring

Nate was amazing to work with! I custom ordered an X7 with him and he had amazing knowledge of the line and of all things BMW. Every single question I had Nate had information on. He helped me picked color combos and options that I needed/didn’t need and I ended up with a perfect car. He kept me informed throughout the build process and was super responsive on email while I was waiting for my car. After I signed for it Nate walked me through the entire vehicle. We spent almost an hour going over all of the controls and set up all of my mobile keys etc. My experience with him was amazing! Business manager Gen was also great to work with on signing documents. He was extremely professional and easy to talk with. We were actually talking so much that I forgot we were signing-and the process seemed to fly by. I had a great experience with both Nate and Gen and I’ll be returning to BMW Silver Spring in the future. Thank you guys!!

I would like to thanks BMW Client Advisor, Mr. Ron Askew for making my wife and myself first experience of becoming a X6 BMW ownership as pleasant as the snow was melting on January 8, 2022. As a first time owners, my wife and I were not very knowledgeable of the BMW technology, but Ron was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of our questions and went beyond to informed us of the options that we didn’t know the vehicle had to offer. I am thrilled with my experience at BMW of Silver spring. Ron Askew was able to get the exact car I was interested in. Ron had the car cleaned up and ready for me when I arrived. Everything about the process was a breeze, starting with the test drive, going through negotiations, and finishing in financing. Gen Awanohara in financing was very kind and efficient in getting me through that process. And finally Iso Ebong came in and introduced himself while I was in the finance office and was extremely personable and hooked me up with a great deal.
