Excellent sales team with an impressive sales manager who is an expert on BMWs. Eric and Max were attentive to the questions we had and answered with detailed knowledge of the specs and car performance. The team made the experience a breeze and my wife and I were extremely happy to leave the dealership with a great deal. I recommend going to silver spring and talking to Max and Eric about what you’re looking for!

I primarily worked with Lonnie and he was very attentive, straight forward, and patient as I spent time considering different vehicles over about a month of time. No shady sales tactics or being overly pushy. The entire experience was great from beginning to end.
