Eric Lovo is amazing. I’ve never had a better experience buying a new vehicle. The process was seamless, I was able to order the vehicle, Eric kept in constant contact and ensured everything was taken care of quickly when the vehicle was available.

I had a wonderful experience with Eric Lovo. He is very professional and friendly and always provides knowledgeable information about vehicles and packages. I have never seen such a pleasant and kind gentleman. Absolutely no pressure. He will always be the first one to look out for his customers. Worked with Eric Lovo on my new BMW. I had the best car purchase experience. No pressure, immediate response and everything I was told online and by phone was eventually in the contract. No hidden fees or additional mark up. Great experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at BMW of Silver...

I had such a wonderful experience at BMW of Silver Spring. Everyone I met was highly professional and answered the many questions I had. I feel like the entire process was easy for trading in a used car and ordering a new one. They handled everything behind the scenes and overall I had a very pleasant experience. I’ve leased many cars over the last several years and can truly say this was the best experience I’ve had. Regarding my direct contact through the ordering process, Andre was amazing! I can’t say enough good things about him. I texted him questions almost everyday, either requesting accessories and/or posing general inquiries. He worked behind the scenes to get all my questions answered and did so in a timely fashion, even on his days off. I’ve never worked with a representative at a dealer that went above and beyond like what Andre did for me. His kindness, knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness is outstanding and I hope that I would get to work directly with him for my next BMW!

Excellent customer service and sales!

I came to Mile One BMW Silver Spring after a recommendation from a friend and an unpleasant experience at a BMW dealership in Rockville. I've been impressed and pleased with everyone I've encountered, especially my sales rep, Nate Vitek and the Sales Manager, Max Moyer. It has been a pleasure to work with these folks. If you're buying a BMW in the DMV, take your business to BMW Silver Spring.

Professional Staff

Mr. Lonny Overby was great! Normally in a car dealership you feel kind of pressured. I was new to the area and Mr. Overby gave me the information, no hassles and gave me a great offer to what I was looking for. Mr. Overby also made me aware of some very great offers with my purchase. I was very satisfied when I left. He followed up to see how everything was going with my new purchase. If I decide to trade in and or buy another, I will hope that he could be my BMW representative. "Very" professional.
