I have bought a number of BMWs from different dealerships in Montgomery County. I have work with dealer sales representatives in the past, but I found Mrs.Jackson's customer service, customer orientation, knowledge, genuousness, and negoitating skills, to be refreshing. Her customer service was far beyond what I had experienced from other dealerships. My compliments to Desirea, her supervisor, and the other professionals that I interacted with at BMW of Silver Spring. Also, I want to thank Sheriff Areju for the technical knowledge, patience, and generous time spent in orientating me on the driver controls, commands, and safety issues in operating my newly purchased BMW. I went in with absolutely no intentions on even purchasing a car, I just wanted to test drive a few different models to get the feel of what I liked before I proceeded with my purchase. Ron wasn't the least bit pushy at all & had no problem with me saying I didn't want to purchase anything at this time. During the test drive's Ron was very informative about what each one came with & the differences between each vehicle. Even though I said I didn't want to purchase anything Ron decided to hold onto the keys to all of the models I had drove to ensure that IF I changed my mind on not wanting to purchase anything that I would have the option to do so. After driving all the models that I wanted to, I was really interested in the BMW X1, but I let Ron know that the price was a little too high for me to purchase. Ron asked me what price was I was looking for & what I would be comfortable paying each month. After explaining everything to him he went & talked to the manager & was able to get even more off then we originally discussed. He also disclosed that they were having a promotion, which led me to getting a 2.49% interest rate. He was very patient with me & thanks to Ron I know have a car that I am absolutely obsessed with :)
