I had an amazing experience at BMW of Silver Spring, from the moment I was connected with my AMAZING salesperson, Mr. Andy Alexis, he was so hands on. I never felt pressured to buy a car. It was more so him educating me through the process for my unique situation. I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership. They really treat you like family!

It was my best car shopping expirience since I started to drive;) . Definitely worth 500 miles trip to get a car ( I live in NJ). No hidden fees, I got a pice which was discussed via email, which I really appreciate. Max and Allen are the best!!! Highly recommended!!!

What a Great Year End Experience!

The exceptional service Karen Herbert provides reflects her clear understanding of the importance of providing outstanding customer service. I first met Karen Herbert with BMW of Silver Springs in 2018 when I needed to quickly make a car purchase due to an unforeseen circumstance. I was immediately impressed with her caring nature and professionalism. Karen has a comfortable sales approach – no pressure or rush - and she is a great listener. She not only sold me a car during my time of need, but she inspired customer loyalty. When I recently decided to make a car purchase before the year’s end, my natural response was to contact Karen. Just as I expected, she worked extremely hard to meet my exact car match and to ensure my SUV was delivered before Christmas. Although I live in Alexandria, VA, I will keep returning to Karen and her amazing BMW of Silver Springs team for my car needs because they go above and beyond to provide the best car buying!

Dont go to this guy

Please don't go to this guy. Very snobby. Will charge anything and everything. He does not place customer service over charging you the most he can. Something can simply be waived due to the circumstance but he would rather argue with you than help you.

Great Experience

I had a great experience with BMW Silver Spring. They were great with negotiations, were never pushy, and extremely attentive. Definitely the best experience I have had with a dealership, and highly recommend. I worked with Len -- he was excellent.
