That encounter underscored the reason why I opted to visit Silver Spring BMW versus any of its competitors. The sales experience with Ron followed the same narrative. Perhaps what was most impressive was the absence of pressure. After test driving the vehicle and subsequently crunching the numbers, I opted to sleep on the information. The following morning, our dialogue picked up where it had left off…I returned to the dealership and drove off in the X2 I’d been eyeing!!

Mr. Strassman is our salesman, very good customer service and reasonable price. Our family got three X3 in the same time. That’s how much we like him and the dealership. Will go back to them whenever we need a BMW.

Lonnie Overby was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Ultimately, we decided the Acura was a better fit for our family, but I would highly recommend Mr. Overby and this dealership if you are shopping for a BMW.

I worked with Miguel Mendez on my 330i , he is a great guy, a great salesman and straight to the point. By far one of the most enjoyable experiences at a dealership. He did not waste my time with the old school back and forth nonsense with the finance manager like what I am use to deal with at other places. We had a deal in less than 10 mins. Definitely getting all my future cars from him moving forward for the simple reason that he is honest, won't waste your time, and willing to work with you.

This is my 2nd car from this dealership - the service is consistently great. Working with Max was a pleasure. He was honest, straightforward, and very good with follow-up. He made the process smooth and easy. Andrew was also very nice and efficient, making the financing process a breeze. Definitely recommend this dealership to others and will return on the future.
