Normally I don’t really do reviews but Ron Askew went above and beyond his title of sales associate. Ron was very detailed and knowledgeable about the BMW cars and service. I really enjoyed doing business with Ron Askew.

I just leased a new BMW i3 from Dave Strassman and it was one of the easiest and stress-free automobile acquisition experiences that I have had. I had never leased a car before, nor have I had much experience with electric vehicles. But Dave patiently took me through the process, explained all of the pros and cons of each of the options available to me, and eventually worked with me to get the result that I wanted. I am very happy with the car and the follow-up offers for assistance that I have received from Dave/BMW. I will definitely turn to Dave for my next car purchase or leasing experience.

I had the best experience ever at this service center, My service advisor was Kristina this lady was remarkable She went over and beyond to help with my situation, she was knowledgable to fully answer my questions which made me feel confident I was leaving my car in good hands. I recommend anyone thinking of servicing their car with BMW of Silver Spring to request Kristina shes the best and has years of experience.

Had a great experience working with Ron Askew. This was my second time getting a car with Ron - I am a repeat customer and will stay that way. Ron is super friendly, encouraging, and low pressure. He asks great questions to help you find the car you want and works patiently and very professionally with you through every step of the process. I also worked with Joanna McCarthy on sales and she was excellent too, explaining all my options and price points. Andrew Lippincott handled the finance aspect and this was clear, fast, and very pleasant and professional also. A smooth and hassle free experience all around. Our experience at BMW of Silver Spring was great, largely due to our client advisor - Max. Max is a great guy who took the time required to ensure our needs and wants were met as best as possible. Through several test drives and various conversations regarding specs and prices, he remained professional, courteous, and very informative. He is well informed about the BMW brand and the range of vehicles. I originally planned on moving from X1 to an X3 for my wife, but at the end of the month we drove away with an X3 and a 540. The excellent customer service we received from Max and quality of the brand, plus our previous experiences at BMW of Silver Spring not only sealed the deal for the X3, but also moved me from a competing brand to BMW. In addition, to Max we also worked with Andrew (our 2nd time). He was just as professional, helpful, and efficient as the last time in getting us through finance. I would definitely recommend this dealership and specifically Max. We view him as a personable, honest, and straight forward salesman with whom we would work with again.
