New certificated used car purchase

My experience was outstanding and the level of customer service provided by Chris Olenick words can’t explain! His commitment to make sure that I was satisfied and pleased was what helped seal the deal for me. He is a bright young man with a very promising professional career ahead....also a GREAT SMILE AND POSITIVE ENERGY!!!

Excellent Service Experience

I have been working with Kristina Williams for a few years now and have finally gotten around to providing a review for her (should have completed this a long time ago). She has been a pleasure to work with and keeps me moving. Never any fuss and makes sure my vehicle leaves better than the condition I brought it in to her.

535I Xdrive

BMW of Silver Springs is Simply the BEST!!! By far the best Experience of buying a Car, Lonnie from sales and Jamie from Management Team are great. This is my 3rd BMW and by far the BEST Experience of buying a car with Lonnie and Jaime. I would highly recommend to try BMW of Silver Springs first before buying someone where else.

Not willing to negotiate even for a loyal customer

I have been a customer with BMW silver spring for almost 10 years now. The vehicle that I currently drive is a lease which is up at the end of this year. I decided to look at the new X7 and inquire about the process should I end my lease early to purchase a new x7. Basically I was told that I would still be responsible for what is owed for the remainder of the lease and any miles over. Not only that but when they appraised my lease they said I would have to pay for new tires and to repair a scratch on the door. I am extremely disappointed that despite my interest in buying an $80,000 vehicle, they were not willing to waive any of the fees listed above. Very poor customer service. I love the BMW brand but unfortunately I will be buying my next car elsewhere.

Max Moyer is the Da Man!

Max is one of the best salespersons that I have met. He didn't try to sell me anything. He always listened. He truly puts the customer first. He is very analytical and asks probing questions to understand the customer's needs. He showed multiple cars that are apt for various scenarios. They were all good and I was able to find the right one for my needs. I am so grateful for his patience. I had a busy schedule and I wasn't able to explore more but he wasn't intrusive. He was considerate and understanding. I very much appreciated that. That is the reason why I went back to him and bought a car. He was respectful of people's time and situations. So, I would go to him again and again. He even gave my dog and I a ride to the dealer. Who does that?!!! Thank you- Max! I love my ride! Cheers, Deepak

Excellent customer service

All of the people I worked were were very knowledgeable about the vehicles. All of my questions were answered and everyone was very personable. The process was painless. Andy was very quick with finding me exactly what I wanted.

Great experience

Great place to buy a car! What a pleasant buying experience - no nonsense, and no "let's make a deal" junk. A well-appointed waiting area, nice coffee machine, and nice people. The paperwork was ready when promised. Honestly, I couldn't be happier about the overall experience and will return for our next car! Andy was amazing.

Superb service

Took car for an oil change without any prior appointment. Service rep Kevin Pitamber was super friendly and efficient. In about 1 hour my car was ready and vacuumed as well

Wish it always went like this

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Lonnie Overby, was courteous, professional, and addressed every issue/question/request I had regarding the used vehicle. Lonnie even took care of some small nicks and marks without my asking. I would definitely work with him again.
