BMW of Silver Spring

My experience @ BMW of Silver Spring has been a very pleasant one, Ron Askew my Client Advisor was professional and personable, not once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I laid eyes on the BMW of my choice on a Friday afternoon Mr. Askew approached me with a very warm disposition and asked a few questions, my response to him was that I was just browsing, he gave me his business card and politely said if I were interested in the purchase of any vehicle just to give him a call. The following morning I returned @ 9:00 AM to tell inform Mr Askew that I had made a decision and was ready to move forward, once the process started @ about 9:30 AM everything was handled so professionally by Mr. Askew, the most impressive thing about this car buying experience was that the entire process was completed within about 2.5hrs, never in my lifetime have I had a deal completed in less than 4-6hrs.

My purchase was very easy and fast. The dealer did not have the exact BMW X5 that I wanted, so they order me one, it came within 3 weeks. Miguel Mendez was very professional and full of knowledge. Julia in finance was very professional and friendly.

I have bought 3 cars from Dave Strassman, and i have never met a more professional, hard working, organized, and detail oriented salesperson. He is the best, and i would never want to have to buy a car from anyone else. He spoils you with the best service in the business.

Words can't express how amazing my experience was with this dealership through the entire process! Everyone was amazing especially Andy my sales person JoAnna the manger, Andy Jr. who wakes me through the technical details of my car and Allen from finance who got me in and out so quickly because I was in a hurry.
