My Infiniti QX60's lease was up and I was looking around to test different models of cars. I came across this dealership which had a car I was interested in and first thing the next morning Karen called me to talk to me about the X5 I wanted to consider. I had planned to visit this dealership followed by 2 other dealerships of other makes and model cars. The salesperson (Karen), the service, the guidance and of course the car itself were all exceptional! I did not want to go anywhere else. The 50 minute drive from where I live in VA to Silver Spring, MD was well worth it!

Have now purchased 4 BMW’s from BMW of Silver Spring. Most recent purchase found us returning even though we moved out of state 2-hour drive away. Miguel in Sales was professional, congenial, and highly knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. Their prices are highly competitive due to the volume of vehicles they sell. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are in the market for a vast selection of models at exceptionally competitive prices!

I found a Service Loaner Vehicle I was interested in online, and Max stopped the car from being loaned out that morning so I could check it out. Once I arrived at the dealership, I saw this young man head toward me and I thought, "What can this young guy possibly know?" Well, he blew me away with his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. We easily got to an agreeable price, and Max got me through the paperwork quickly. I didn't get to take my car home with me that day because they found a nail in the tire while they were cleaning it up for me. While I was bummed not to have my new car, I was really impressed that they did the right thing by fixing the issue. They could have easily ignored it, and I wouldn't have even know about it. Max even compensated me with an item at the BMW boutique. I don't remember all the BMW employees I dealt with, but every one of them was professional and courteous, whether it was offering me water while I waited, or making sure I understood the paperwork, or that I was comfortable with the features in my new car. Overall, great experience.

Even though we ended up purchasing elsewhere (simply due to inventory difference), Max was nothing but honest and considerate. I highly recommend his services. He will be transparent and work hard to find the car that best fits you.
