Great, BUT

The over 2.5 hour wait to see the finance person killed the excitement of getting a new car. We came 3 hours to purchase the car at 5pm and left the dealership just before 9pm. Making for a very long day. Heading down the highway I noticed the gas tank wasn’t full, so another stop! I was reimbursed, but for a high end car dealership, this was a big mistake. Max is a rock star to deal with when buying a car. He knows everything about BMW, it was impressive and he’s a nice guy. He thinks outside the box to make the deal. I’d buy from him again!

Great purchase experience

When searching for my second BMW, I pretty much knew what I wanted. Max located a car that met my requirements, gave us a great price and got the car moved to Silver Spring in a few days. When I arrived, the grill was different from what I was expecting and Max got it fixed without any problem. Pickup was easy, if somewhat time consuming but nothing out of the ordinary. A "genius" walked me through all the new features on the car. Max was very attentive, answered all our questions, and made sure everything went smoothly. I recommend him for your next BMW purchase.

recent purchase of new car

Excellent customer service for both Sales and Financing. I was initially planning to lease but wanted to explore my options. Max provided all relevant details and didn't push me in either direction. I appreciated his assistance and diligence with my purchase.

Lifelong Customer

We have purchased 4 cars now from MileOne, 3 of which from BMW. My usual guy has moved up in the ranks and recommended Max Moyer. Best recommendation. I am particular with car purchases in giving business only to those who deserve it and Max absolutely deserves it. He was and still is patient and willing to help. When my husband is ready to replace his vehicle, we will return to purchase only from him. I highly recommend Max and will continue to recommend Max to anyone who needs to purchase a BMW in the future.

Great experience

I would like to express my gratitude to Michael Bolgar and Max Moyer for their due diligence and assistance with the purchase of a 2020 740ix. Both gentlemen made the process very quick and pleasant. Max went out of the way to keep me updated on the build and delivery process and was very patient in answering all of my questions. To expedite the delivery process, Max personally installed the wheel locks on my new car. I'm very happy with the customer service at this location and although this dealership is an hour away from my house and there're at least 3 other dealers closer than this one, I will definitely be doing business here again. Thank you, Michael and Max!

Information Gathering Expedition

I want to take this moment to give comment on my visit to BMW of Silver Spring, specifically the sales representative that assisted me on Friday, June 7, 2019, Mr. Eric Lovo. Eric was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, answering my many question regarding BMW products. I'm the type of person that asks a ton of questions and Eric was patient enough to not only indulge me, but he made me feel very comfortable asking questions regard the BMW M4. I went into BMW of Silver Spring knowing little about the M4, but I left with a pretty good knowledge base of the M4. Yes, I was there on an information fact finding expedition and Eric provided me with all information I needed. I will definitely revisit BMW of Silver Spring for the purchase of my future BMW and hopefully Eric Lovo will be available to assist me. Thanks Eric, you definitely have a future customer in me. BMW of Silver Spring should be very proud to have such a wonderful sales advisor. WM

Great Customer Service

I bought my 2019 BMW X3 from BMW of Silver Spring in April. The dealership had the most extensive inventory to choose from; and were extremely competitive on price. But what really set the dealership apart for me was the outstanding customer service I received from Christopher Olenick. He was extremely knowledgeable about the X3, he patiently answered all my questions, and has followed up with several times after the sales to ensure zip continue to be satisfied with the car. Overall. BMW of Silver Spring exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.
