Rock solid operation

I’ve been with this dealership for over 10 years and they’re outstanding. We had a situation that could have easily gone south but general manager Matt is an honest, stand-up guy who was quick to resolve. Ron in sales was great to work with, not to mention Erik and their excellent service department. I can’t say enough good things about this outfit. Highly recommend.

Very Satisfied

My sales Rep, Lonnie Overby was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions, helped set up my phone via Bluetooth and familiarized me with Sirius Radio. He offered me options and comparisons. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent experience!!

Working with Desirea was awesome! She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions during the test drive. For additional details, she was able to obtain the information and provide me print outs of everything. Last, but definitely not least, she was able to successfully work through her management to cover all of my requests. Definitely recommend MileOne for your automotive needs as well as relying on Desirea for a smooth experience!

My experiance was really ok at the dealership

I knew I was going to buy a new car on Wednesday, I went to the dealership on Automobile Blvd., in Silver Spring, MD., because of the number of different dealerships. The first place I stopped was at the BMW dealership. I was met by Ron Askew, and he was very pleasant. I told him what I wanted. He checked his computer and after a while, we were able to locate the vehicle that I wanted. Ron was very helpful and it was really a joy to work with finding my BMW 5. Also the whole process was very quick .and "easy".

Transparent and straight to the point

In the auto sales business, there are dishonest salesmen who hope that you are not able to calculate the sales tax, and there are honest salesmen who are transparent about costs and who are on the up and up. I am happy to report that Max Moyer is one of those honest salesmen. I speak from experience after trying not one, not two, but three different BMW dealerships in the DC metro area. I won't say any names, but their offenses included blatantly mis-pricing the VA sales tax (by increasing an additional 5k beyond the amount based on 4.15% tax), bait-and-switch tactics in which I asked to see an M4 and got shown a BMW 330 on the lot, and other things as well. Max did none of the above, and he was transparent in how much the options I wanted cost, and in his order form - the numbers all added up. In addition, I am deaf and have a hard time communicating over the phone. Max was totally open to corresponding by email to make this order happen. I appreciate his help and honesty very much. He is no doubt an asset to the Silver Spring BMW dealership.

Great Experience

I worked with Alejandro and he was great to work with. I wanted to test drive the new M340ix and he found the car on the lot for me to test drive even though they were hard to come by since they only had two in stock and these were the first two cars the dealer received two days before I showed up. He showed me all the new features on the car and let me take it for a decent drive. I was also thinking about a 2018 M3 to compare with the M340ix and even though they didn't have one, he offered to let me test drive a M4 they had in stock to use as a comparison even though I didn't take him up on the offer. He also took the time to build the car I wanted online to see how much it would be with the options I wanted. Unfortunately the car is so new so the lease terms (mainly the money factor and low lease incentives since I wasn't a current BMW owner) were not good and large discounts were hard to come by at this point. I am also looking at a comparable Mercedes and Audi and I felt that the experience with Alejandro was better even though I will likely be looking at one of these brands solely due to the lower payment.
