From just looking into a BMW to end up buying one!
I went to BMW of Silver spring to just get some info about X3 and 3 Series. Mr. "Ron Askew" was my adviser and with his help I did received all the information I needed for my next step for looking into a BMW. Next you know , I was getting comfortable and our conversation leads to maybe buying a car today! So with his charm and his kindness I chose the X3 2019 and next you know I couldn't resist his offer. I have to say I am very happy with my purchase and so excited to ride this cool car. Thank you again Mr. Ron for being so patient with me and I do love my car. ;-)

Dealer was great to work with
I worked with Alejandro and he was great to work with. I wanted to test drive the new M340ix and he found the car on the lot for me to test drive even though they were hard to come by since they only had two in stock and these were the first two cars the dealer received two days before I showed up. He showed me all the new features on the car and let me take it for a decent drive. I was also thinking about a 2018 M3 to compare with the M340ix and even though they didn't have one, he offered to let me test drive a M4 they had in stock to use as a comparison even though I didn't take him up on the offer. He also took the time to build the car I wanted online to see how much it would be with the options I wanted. Unfortunately the car is so new so the lease terms (mainly the money factor and low lease incentives since I wasn't a current BMW owner) were not good and large discounts were hard to come by at this point. I am also looking at a comparable Mercedes and Audi and I felt that the experience with Alejandro was better even though I will likely be looking at one of these brands solely due to the lower payment.

Dishonest Customer Service
Had a very bad experience dealing with their service department. I was promised a warranty repair, by the advisor, foreman, and approved by the director, only to be told that the warranty date expired later so the issue is dead in the water. Once I got that cleared up by the director as it was supposed to be, now I am being told it has another problem on the car so the warranty hydraulic unit which I was told will be covered, can no longer be touched. Very frustrating. A good dealership will do what they say.

Osama In order to be reimbursed by the manufacturer under warranty for the repair or replacement of any part, the cause of the current issue must be diagnosed. Our testing, which was confirmed by BMW’s Technical Specialist Engineer, determined the cause to the second gear synchronizer is failing. Unfortunately, at 11 years old and 87,000 miles, the synchronizer is out of warranty. The SMG hydraulic unit, that was replaced previously, is functioning properly and not the cause of the synchronizer failing. Car shopping on a budget
Ahhh I just got my new X6 for motherS day and I love ittttt. You guys listen to me if you need a car TALK TO LEN, if you are debating between BMW and a competitor (Mercedes, Audi etc) TALK TO LEN, if you are worried about pricing TALK TO LEN. I promise you I’m not exaggerating and no one told me to write this post but I was just a girl venturing out for a new car and Len was my car angel who made my dreams come true. My husband called BMW Silver Spring randomly to ask a few questions and he got Len. A straight shooter, just the sweetest guy who will give you a price with no extra sneaky fees etc and most importantly NO PRESSURE.

Dealer had the car that I wanted at the price I was willing
Dealership was clean and friendly. Salesman was courteous, professional and friendly. Vehicle was ready for delivery as promised and when explaining features of my vehicle to me, the dealership people very patient and very helpful.

Dealing with Ron was a pleasure. We had agreed on a price via email and when we showed up the exact car we discussed was cleaned up and ready to go. I was doing some research online and Ron was very fair and straightforward when dealing with him. He seemed to truly care about us and took great care of us from beginning to end.
