I've dealt with several BMW dealerships outside of Silver Spring BMW and many other non-BMW dealerships over the last 25 years of car ownership and I can honestly say that I have never received anything close to the level of service I've received at Silver Spring BMW. It's clear from the outset that they are customer focused, straightforward, and want to earn your business on the sales side, and then work hard to take care of you on the service side. Karen helped us with our most recent purchase and we couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish. Buying a car can be an unnecessarily stressful process and for many customers the typical way dealerships operate (high pressure, disingenuous pricing schemes, and incessant follow ups until you purchase) put people off to the process entirely. Silver Spring BMW understands what customers want (no pressure, honest and fair pricing, and great communication) and for that reason, I will continue to give them my business.

Max was great to work with. He was very responsive to my questions and worked hard to get the deal that I wanted. I live about three hours away and after agreeing to the final price, Max arranged everything for a quick transaction.

Last week I purchased my first BMW from BMW of Silver Springs. The process was very smooth from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman Alejandro Schubert. Not only was he extremely knowledgably, but also a true professional. After doing much online research I walked into the dealership around 630pm on a Thursday evening with my mind set on purchasing a vehicle. Alejandro stayed with me through the whole process way after the dealership closed. He walked me out to my car at 1030 PM. He immediately followed up with me the next day to ensure all my needs were met and to arrange for me to bring the vehicle back so that it could be properly detailed. If I could give Alejandro more than 5 stars I would! My hats off to BMW of Silver Springs and Mr. Alejandro Schubert for making my purchase a first class experience!!!!

Worked with Mr Ron Askew to make this purchase.He was very straight forward and polite and spent hours to make sure I was making the right decision. Even whenever I came in at the 11th hour, right before closing he stayed patiently, going as far as to handle the financial talk. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would definitely go back. It’s far beyond any other dealership you’ll find around here. I strongly suggest anyone interested in BMW must first visit Mr. Ron Askew.
