I received outstanding service at BMW Silver Spring. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to buy a BMW to go to the Silver Spring dealership. Both the sales and finance representative were professional. They did a great job.

I bought a M4 a few months ago from this dealership and

I bought a M4 a few months ago from this dealership and Miguel had helped. He promised that the car had zero problems and that it was super reliable. Not even a couple days later i had to come back to get my car serviced because the interior lights didn’t work, and the car didn’t even have a horn. He continued to make promise after promise and 2 months later ive been to the dealership more than 3 times for service. He’ll say what he thinks you want to hear but at the end of the day he’s just trying to make a commission. Just like any other salesman he doesn’t care about what happens after he makes the sale. Don’t go to him.
