I have rarely encountered a more obnoxious customer
I have rarely encountered a more obnoxious customer representative than Mr. Palacios. He was rude and unhelpful throughout my transaction. At one point, he even mumbled something like, 'I should have called in today.' Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received poor service at this dealership.
