We had a great experience with Desirea and the staff at BMW of Silver Spring. The atmosphere was very relaxed and cordial. We were able to negotiate a fair price and they followed through with the items that we promised after the sale. Our communication with Desirea was very timely even when she was out of the office. We were very satisfied with our purchase and dealership experience. Our X3 M-Sport is a fantastic car which we will have for a long time!

Very impressed and appreciative of the team at BMW Silver Spring. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, especially Julian Chin who was my sales consultant. He was patient throughout the entire test drive, decision-making, and purchase process, and helped me to pick out an X3 with my desired specs. Outstanding service and very happy with my new car. Highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a BMW!

Great experience in buying a used electric BMW i4.
Great experience in buying a used electric BMW i4. I traveled from TX to get the car I wanted and I was treated really well by my Sales Advisor Dawit Hagos. He ensured that I had every question answered and even more when I reached the dealership. They detailed the car for me and offered some excellent incentives in spite of it being a used car. I took off 1 star - solely because of the Finance Manager there. Not ready to answer straight questions, absolutely no show of emotion or gratitude on his face for me being a customer. Guess he wasn’t too happy about me not financing the car through them or not buying all the extra packages that were being sold to me. Sign here, sign there and he was done. I even had to ask for a receipt for my 30% downpayment!! The remaining 4 stars are all for my advisor, Dawit. He was the rockstar of my buying experience.

Scott Sohn was excellent. He provided me the perfect car and was very attentive to my needs. He got me the car I wanted no test drive bc of distance and it is more than I expected. Scott made sure the car was delivered quickly and continued to follow up with me to ensure I had everything I needed.
