They were incredibly supportive, personable, and transparent, while maintaining true professionalism. They explained everything upfront clearly and made me feel at home throughout the process. This dealership is made up of friendly and professional people. My salesman, Harold Shelby, could not be friendlier or more helpful. He treated me as I would expect to be treated by a top notch dealership, and he is good to his word. If he says he will do something, including returning your call, he does it. People there go out of their way to make sure you have all your questions answered ( I was new to BMW.). Also they were very patient when I changed my mind on which car I was interested in several times, and when we finally found the perfect car they had it shipped in the next day from several states away (my guess .. it was in South Carolina). I have had 10 new cars in my life and this one is my favorite. The comfort is unmatched and it’s sporty also.
