BMW of Silver Spring is the most professional dealership

BMW of Silver Spring is the most professional dealership that I have dealt with in these “modern times” on the internet . Unlike the majority of crooked dealerships on the web that are only trying to trick and scam you. BMW of Silver Spring is EXACTLY the OPPOSITE. BMW of Silver Spring treated me with total respect and honesty. I got a great car at a great price. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was professional and polite to me. They went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer and that they were a trusted partner in my purchase. Thanks especially to Harold my Client Advisor and John the Sales Manager. Great job to all at BMW of Silver Spring.

In 1995, after graduating from college, I walked into a car dealership with a small down payment and a mission to purchase my first new car. I was greeted by this excited salesperson, ready to make my dreams come true. Her name was Karen Herbert, Honda Sales Rep. She spent hours with me ensuring my comfortability with my first adult purchase and even stayed with my after the dealership closed to teach me how to safely drive home my new manual Honda Accord. Yes, she has the patience to teach me how to drive a stick-shift at 9pm 😊. Fast forward 28 years later….December 23rd is my 50th birthday and I am in the mood to purchase my first new luxury SUV. As I searched online all the different BMW lots, I found exactly what I wanted. Only for my neighbor days later, to drive home and pull into her driveway with my hand picked SUV. She actually bought my vehicle without any knowledge. She felt so bad that she shared her Salespersons name with me and asked them to reach out to assist me in my purchase. Lord and behold, while talking with the BMW Sales Advisor, I yelled out Karen…Karen Herbert, I know you!!! You sold me my first new car in 1995 and I still have your 1995 business card!!! I purchased my 50th birthday present, a beautiful BMW X5 and had the best experience reuniting with Karen, as she was just as patient, responsive, and knowledgeable, as I remembered 28 years ago. It was such a relaxing and pleasant experience from the initial phone call, to driving off the lot. I definitely recommend BMW of Silver Spring and reaching out to Karen Herbert, as your Sales Advisor. She has earned my loyalty, as a repeat customer and I genuinely appreciate her enthusiasm for my first new luxury purchase, as she was for my first out of college car.

I had an interest in trading my leased BMW vehicle prior

I had an interest in trading my leased BMW vehicle prior to the end of the lease term in order to get a 2024 X5. I had in mind the specs of the X5 I was looking for, but I didn't expect to find the vehicle, comfortably trade my leased BMW, and get a payment that I would be comfortable with until I spoke with, Scott Sohn (BMW of Silver Spring). On 12/4/23, I met with Scott at the dealership. Although I was very skeptical that anything would work out with Scott his greeting and professionalism made me feel comfortable enough to sit down and discuss my interest. Scott had my BMW reviewed/appraised, and then we talked about the details of the X5. Minutes later Scott located an X5 and needed to try and secure it. The X5 was revealed to be on hold by a customer already, but Scott quickly found another one that met my specs and it was completing production. At this point things started to come together. Scott began to give me a real picture of how we could do a deal that financially worked for me. I did my own homework prior to meeting Scott, so it was very refreshing to meet a straightforward salesman who made me feel comfortable when he explained the details of trading my BMW and leasing the X5. As I waited to receive the X5 at the dealership, Scott kept me updated on the movement of the X5 and most important he made sure I received all the discounts and incentives available to me. I received my X5 on 12/19 and was very pleased! Scott connected me with a BMW Genius to go over the features of the X5. I can't express how pleased I am with my purchase experience with Scott! He represents what it means to be a BMW professional salesman! My wife and I will look forward to purchasing with Scott in the future. Mile One / BMW of Silver Spring should be very glad to have Scott as part of the team!
