Ron Askew is the best to work with!

Ron Askew is simply the best! He made buying my new BMW effortless. He worked with me for several months until I got exactly what I was looking for. Always fast to respond to texts/messages even when he was an away on vacation! I am a returning customer and will be back for my next car.

I was at a gathering Saturday night (2/25), and everyone

I was at a gathering Saturday night (2/25), and everyone was still gushing over my 740i. So I told my friends how much I still love my new car and how I continue to get compliments on the cars look, body style, color combination and its performance. It gets a lot of attention, even from strangers. One of the people listening to my comment was also a car salesman from a Richmond dealership and said ‘your car salesman (Harold Shelby from BMW of Silver Springs), would enjoy hearing this feedback as well.’ Before I could even get my message out to Harold, the very next morning, he sent an email just checking in with me, asking how I am enjoying my car, and if I had any other questions regarding the features on the car. I was so blown away, because even though I purchased my vehicle 6 months ago, he had not forgotten about me and my vehicle. His continued customer experience will long be remembered and appreciated. So needless to say, I took this opportunity to respond to Harold by saying, ‘I was gonna text you and tell you how much I STILL LOVE MY CAR!!!!! Thank you so much Harold Shelby for your outstanding and continued customer service. I feel like I am a lifelong member of the team!!!!
