My experience with BMW Silver Spring has been in a word awesome. Not what I’d expect to say in going through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. The highly professional attention by sales advisor Desirea Jackson has made the lease and subsequent buyout of the lease of my current 530ix a comfortable experience. Over the years I’ve come rely on her advice and judgment. I must also mention a similar experience in working with business manager, Gen Awanohara in finalizing my most recent lease buyout. Both Desirea and Gen were reassuring and made the overall experience a most comfortable experience for me. Not to forget, service advisor Grant King who handled my most recent service a quickly and attentively. I stopped by for scheduled maintenance. Wait time was minimal and the work was performed in a timely manner. Rachel is always friendly and professional and keeps me informed of progress or problems encountered. Was also able to stop in and see David to discuss our upcoming lease termination and what options we will have in the purchase or lease of a new vehicle. David has been our friend and salesman for over 12 years. He does an awesome job in assisting us when we are in the market for new vehicles. BMW Silver Spring is the best dealership we have ever worked with and we intend to remain their customers for the foreseeable future.
