Nate was amazing!

Nate was amazing! I scheduled an appointment for Friday 12/30 to test drive an X3, not expecting to lease the car same day. He was not pushy, very transparent, attentive and personable. My previous vehicle was a RAV4 and switching over to the X3 was a great upgrade, but it is a learning in familiarizing myself with the controls. Nate took the time to go over everything within the car, paired my phone with CarPlay etc. He also ensured my lease payment was within my budget. This has been the smoothest car buying experience especially after the pandemic. I love my new car and will highly recommend Nate if you’re in the market for a BMW!

Gen was my finance manger who helped me cross the finish

Gen was my finance manger who helped me cross the finish line with leasing my X3 on Friday 12/30. He was a wonderful addition of my 5 star experience. Very personable, great conversation and was also transparent. He did not try to sale me items that were unnecessary. He made the process smooth and super thankful for his assistance!

Amazing painless process, thanks Nate V!

This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from BMW of Silver Spring. BMW of silver spring did an amazing job on my sale. The customer service that I get at this dealership and the overall care and service second to none. I recently purchased an automobile from the dealership a little over a week ago. My BMW sales person and advisor Nate Vitek was able to answer all of my questions and find me the vehicle I wanted. I was able to get a rare allocation thanks to Nate and the sales manager Joanna and when any issues arose they were able to address them quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW or a luxury vehicle. They truly tailor the experience to the customer and go above and beyond. Thank you to Nate, Joanna and the rest of the team and I will definitely be coming back again.
