Great customer service
In the fast pace world we now live in it's great to receive good old fashion Customer service. I'm getting very cynical and when I feel I get great customer service I want to let everyone know. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in over 20 years. Keep it up and I'll be a customer for life.

Battery died
My battery died in my 2014 QX80. while shopping in Cool Springs, I called AAA who came and jumped started the vehicle. I then drove to Infiniti of Cool springs, and met with Libbie Niswonger, who I had contacted and was ready for the vehicle. The vehicle was taken in immediately, and serviced in short order. Libbie was excellent as usual in taking care of my wife and I, to make sure the vehicle was serviced right, in a timely manner.

April Service
Service was done on a timely basis. Happy with the 25 check-points and that my brakes were found to be ok. Will be back.

Done when promised
First service went very well.I arrived 5 minutes early,was assigned a service rep who wrote me up and showed me around.One hour later I drove away in my just washed car.

Extremely relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.
Most people will shy away from car dealers and for very good reasons. Many of them forget how to get repeat business. They rush you in make the sale and hope they never hear or see from you again. Infinity of Cool Springs is very inviting and they make you feel welcome. They make it very difficult for you to EVER consider buying anywhere else. All around great people and a great dealership, Strongly recommend you visit them. Their service department is superior.

Service above and beyond
Fast, friendly service. We were headed from Florida to Michigan and had problems with our transmission. Our service advisor Frank took care of us and worked us into the schedule so we were able to get our repairs completed and continue on our way.
