Helwig Stewart was amiable, honest in what he knew about the vehicle I ultimately bought. I initially looked at another VW, but was able to purchase the one that fitted my needs. Your detailing department needs to be more attentive to making the interiors clean - as I had to take the car I bought to a detailer to get the dirty seats and carpet cleaned properly. Otherwise, the whole experience with Helwig and Marcus was seamless. These people are why I continue to go back to dealerships to buy my cars. The gentleman who wrote my financing was exceptionally nice and went out of his way to make my deal a positive experience.

When they were presenting the cost of the the service they stated it would take 90 min then after 3.5 hours i was still waiting very frustrating
