    I contacted Win Via cars.com. verifying the car I was looking at and the price before making the 35 mile drive. Looked at the car and loved it. Talked... again about the price with sales guy Art Simon's I even mentioned that I was in the dealership business for 19 years. He had to get the price okayed by the sales managers because I didn't want to buy the snake oil package of waxes and alarms. The sales manager agreed to the price as listed on cars.com. I went home 35 miles picked up my Daughter as this car is for her. Drove back she drove the car and loved it. I told Art let's do it. This is were this dealer gets shady. The managers work up the paper work and they slip in the 2k in accessories thinking I wouldn't notice. I refuse the deal and the manager Artsrun Oganesyan comes in and tries to offer a discount on this accessories that they want to install on the car . I mentioned again I am not interested. He then starts making excuses about there's no money in the deal without the package and they include this on every car after the deal is figured out. BAIT AND SWITCH. I ask him to contact the original manager that had already agreed to this deal and he refused. Today I call the dealership ask to talk with the general manager and the receptionist refuses to put me through to his voicemail. I then asked for Hani Nassif the owner's voicemail. She hung up on me . I have tried to call back and now they just put me on hold. I would sure think the Gm and Owner would love to hear about my experience with there dealership.

    i was yelled at and hung up on by the rudest person i have ever encountered, krystal vergara, in any customer service setting. ever. the dealership made... an error and registered my car incorrectly and she treated me like garbage while i was graciously helping the dealership correct its mistake. my salesperson was awesome (arren-ross) but i won't be dealing with this dealership again as long as she is employed there.

    I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe year two weeks ago. I noticed the car had red paint amd few scratches and the door panel was loose. They told me it would... be fixed in the body shop before I left. I was asked to sign a due Bill showing that no work was due on the car and I explained to the individual that there was stuff wrong with the car that had not been fixed yet so I didn't want to sign. He tore it up and said he would get me a new one. So I go out to the car and I'm told not to worry about the due bill that they will take the car to the back and buff out the damages as if it would be a quick job. I said okay. I left the dealership to drive my other car back to my parents house. When I returned I was told that I should bring the car back in at a later time for the repairs because the body shop was closed. I asked for a due Bill and I was told by both the salesman and the sales manager that I did not need one because it was"fresh deal" and that I just needed to bring the car in for the repairs. I brought it in a week later on Friday and no one was available to help me. I was told to call the repairman directly and set up an appointment. I called the repairman and he said he couldn't do any work without a due Bill. So for the last week I've been calling around trying to get a due Bill or get someone to help me and I just keep getting the runaround. They promised to do it they promised to call me back and I'm getting nothing. Avoid this place!!

    I wanted to send a letter to alert Hyundai to the unfortunate experience my family just had trying to buy a new 2019 Hyundai Kona. After my experience,... I’m pretty sure no one will read this email let alone care. But if I owned this dealership or this company I would want to know how I just lost a loyal, BUYING customer. Until today, my husband was a longtime Hyundai driver that would happily drive Hyundais for the rest of his life. When our family needed a new car he insisted on another Hyundai. We both drove and decided on the 2019 Kona SE gas model. We researched and talked to numerous dealerships to get the best price. We finally talked to a dealership south of our location that quoted us an out-the-door price. We spoke on the phone and texted. The person I talked to said she had spoken to her bosses and they were aware of the price quoted. My husband, our 2 year old son and I drove the one hour south to this Win Hyundai dealership in Carson, CA to buy the car. Once there we did not get to see the woman whom we spoke with, we were told she was the assistant. We asked to drive the exact car we were quoted and the one we were going to buy and we were told that the prices were the same and we could drive any of them, so my husband test drove the car he thought we would buy while I waited with our two-year-old. We were very clear from the moment we arrived that we were there to buy the car for the out-the-door price we were quoted. I didn’t care about monthly payments, colors, trims- we just wanted to buy the car we were quoted for the price we were quoted. The salesmen said that price was good and he would try to get the same price for the car we test drove. We told him we didn’t really care about which car, we just wanted them to honor the price we were quoted. That’s when the games started. The car wasn’t at that lot. The keys to the car couldn’t be found. The mileage didn’t match. Almost two hours later after being assured this will all work out, a new manager came into the office and basically said they would not honor that price for a myriad of reasons and stared talked different numbers and installed packages that were never even discussed before. Long story short, they did not honor what they promised and when we called them out they said ‘too bad’ smiled like real jerks and said we can leave. Like I said before, after this experience I’m pretty sure no one will read this email let alone care. But if I owned this dealership or this company I would want to know how I just lost a loyal, BUYING customer.

    I had recently been looking for a lease, and even found a test drive offer on hyundai site. The price was a bit high so I ended up looking elsewhere and... found much better lease deal on a newer model at a different hyundai dealership. When i called about the promotional test drive i ended up getting the run around and when i tried to follow up I would be transferred before I could finish my sentence. I gave up on the promotional offer but would not recommend this dealership on customer service alone.

    Don’t want to write a long drawn out story about how terrible they are even though I could but long story short service department SUCKS! Big time more... attention needs to be paid to management and treatment of customers I feel there needs to be more focus on training about the importance of the customer. People do not like to be lied to if you say your going to do something do it and try to at least pretend that you care.

    I reached out to see if a 2015 Genesis was available for the advertised $21.5K price (white, light interior, Signature package, RWD, 3.8 trim). I was told... that it was available. I asked some questions about what was included on the car b/c the description had all the available options listed. Myriah said that she went and looked at the car and confirmed the features I was looking for were included. My husband left work early and picked up me and the baby and packed a dinner for the baby so we could work through what we assumed would be a long night. I arrived after an hour on the road. They said I could look at the 2018 model while they brought the 2015 around for a test drive. After about 30min I asked for an update and they said they had good and bad news. Bad news - the car I wanted to test wasn't "ready yet". It still needed an inspection and it was dirty? But good news I could test drive the 2018. My husband asked how much that one was and Jesse said $48K and that there was another outside for $53K. Not only were they way over budget, but they weren't even the same exterior or interior color that I wanted. When I said no that won't work, Jesse asked what I was looking for in a car. I described the car I came to see and he said he'd call me as soon as it was ready and that it would take a couple of days. That was over a week ago. I honestly don't know how either of them could look me in the eye or look themselves in the mirror. Positive note - the bathrooms and showroom were clean.

    I was contacted by someone named Stephanie who told me that this dealership had a G70 on the lot that I could see if I came down. I found a time slot to... leave work and drive one hour through traffic to see the car. Before I left on the journey I contacted Stephanie again and asked if she for sure had a G70 on the lot because it was an extreme inconvenience to make the drive during my work day. She confirmed once again that the dealership had a G70 I could see. After arriving at the dealership at the agreed meeting time I was told Stephanie was at lunch and I was instead greeted by someone else. This "someone else" salesman then informed me that Stephanie must have been mistaken because the G70's will not be available for a couple months, but of course he was willing to sell me something else. This typical "bait and switch" is something you only experience at low class dealerships that lack integrity. I would not trust doing business with this dealership if this is an example of the dishonest methods they use to drag you into their dealership. I personally will not trust to set foot in any Hyundai dealership for that matter at this point after being subjected to this type of blatant disrespect and misrepresentation.
