After speaking to John by phone, I drove two and half hours to see a van. There I dealt with Brian, wonderful person, very patient and worked out everything... I need it to come home with a great van. Drove it 2 1/2 hours back and the van run great. Thank you Brian you are a blessing.

After visiting a number of used car dealerships, I was happy that a friend recommended BVM to me! I narrowed down my choices checking their online inventory,... test drove several cars, and purchased a 2004 Honda Accord. I love this car! Kevin McBride is a knowledgeable, yet low pressure, salesman. The whole experience was quick and easy. Thanks to Liz for getting me through the paperwork in a very efficient manner. Kudos to Rick and Rich on creating a dealership built on integrity and trust.

I purchased a used Jeep Patriot and my experience at Brevard Value Motors was excellent. Bryan Harris was the sales person I worked with - he was friendly,... but not pushy, reasonable, very fair and really clear in answering all the questions I had. He even took time to answer questions from my teenager. There were some items they took care of on my vehicle and they did a great job. Cecily also provided input and great information. When I picked up my vehicle, it was really clean, in great condition and ready to go. Both Bryan and Cecily made my car buying experience very pleasant (versus my original expectation and dread of dealing with buying a used car). The only negative was the cars were packed so tightly on the lot, I had a bit of a hard time viewing the inside of the vehicle when I first arrived. That being said, they quickly pulled the vehicle out for me to get a better look at and test drive. They encouraged me to have it checked out if I wanted (which I did) and Bryan and Cecily stayed late to close the deal with me as I bought it the same day I visited, test drove and had it independently inspected. Everything went really smooth and I was very happy with the service.

These guys seem very nice when you meet them, but be very careful if you make their mandatory $500 down payment on a car....once they have your down payment,... they will not return it if you decide not to buy the car even if you have not even picked it up....all they will do for you is give you a $500 credit on whatever they have in their inventory ....which is a fairly limited selection. In my opinion, this dealership has a much different set of ethics than most businesses. I see a lot of people are satisfied with their dealings, but as I want to emphasize they took my $500 and since I decided not to do business with them, they decided to keep my $500 with no reservations whatsoever. .
BVM not only had the exact CR-V my wife was looking for to replace her totaled out car, but found another CR-V I just had to have. Problems with spare... keys was resolved by BVM sticking to their word and footing the bill as promised. I highly recommend BVM. Liz is great.

After searching for months looking for a suv...All which was way out of my budget..I bought a SUV at a decent price and i wont have to pay for it for 5... yrs. I am very pleased with my choice. Rick was great.. Very helpful...the carfax was available. the staff was also kind...i would recommend that you purchase your next vehicle at BVM....I AM

I waited a while to write this so as to put everything in perspective. Rick worked with me to find a very nice 2012 Toyota Corolla, my second one. The... entire process was professional but friendly and relaxed. No high pressure, no Mickey Mouse Car Sales 101 where they hum and haw and talk to the manager, etc etc etc. Rick and I settled on this right after I drove it (actually about 3 months ago). I picked the car up a day or so later and handed Kevin the check and went to get in the car and found it was low on fuel. They immediately fixed this and away I went. When I discovered it only had one key, BVM was able to locate the second key and provide it to me....btw, those keys are almost $100 to duplicate through Toyota and no one else can do them as of the time I went to check on it!!!. Rick had two of the tires replaced on the vehicle initially. Over the next weekend I discovered something hanging down on the vehicle and it was the sensor from the front of the radiator and while popping it back into place I noticed some loose parts in the front bumper fascia. Now, I knew, per the Car Fax that Rick provided, the vehicle had been in a front end minor collision without air bag deploy so I knew it had been repaired. When I discussed it with Rick, he immediately took the vehicle and had it thoroughly inspected and repairs to the "previous repairs" made. Now I want to note that Rick was absolutely stand up about this and I really admire this dealership for their positive attitude and we'll make it right attitude. He had nothing to do with the repair and it was in no way a problem with BVM. I would however, love to know who did the repairs and go have a little chat with them about their workmanship standards!!!!!!!
