    I purchased a brand new Mazda Cx 5 I have been in the collision repair industry for all my life and have always wanted a Mazda. I know them from the inside out. They are actually made in Japan, how about that. The are simple in many ways and they are a refined vehicle with just subtle changes so there is no reason to think you may not want a certain model because it's too new and the manufacture needs to debug it. This little SUV or Crossover what ever is for my wife and kids. I bought the car from Matt Caulfield. He was perfect in every way. He is very nice and patient, really relaxed. He never put any pressure on me. I do not recall any of the usual cheap lines such as what can we do to get you to buy the car today. He style is fresh and sincere. He is very much in demand customer just flock to him. I never wandered to another dealership of salesman. Thank You MATT CAULFIELD for making my purchase perfect.

    I have leased two Mazdas from Fred Bandi at Bob Baker Mazda, Carlsbad, CA.. I just got a recall notice to fix the sharp edges on the corner of the doors on my 17 month old Touring 6., So I went to the service department to find out what that was all about, and was told to wait for my up-coming 15,000 mile service, and they would be glad to take care of the "problem" at no charge. I then went in to visit with my old friend Fred, who welcomed me warmly. I told him that I had just purchased a new phone and I could not get it to sync with my blue tooth. He immediately offered to do that for me. He tried, but apparently my car did not have the correct mating code for my new smart phone. So Fred said, "You need a recall repair on this car, and your phone doesn't work with it.....How about getting a NEW car and saving some money in the bargain!?" I couldn't believe that, but I told him to work up an offer. In no time, he came back with papers that offered to trade in my 2015 "6" for a much improved 2016 model at a monthly payment lower than what I was now paying. When he showed me the car, it was love at first sight, and we sealed the deal a few minutes later! Fred shepherded me through the whole process, and I drove out with a brand new beautiful 2016 Mazda Touring 6 with a lot more great fun "extras" than my old car! Incidentally, he mated my new phone to the car's blue tooth, helped me transfer all my belongings from the old car, and went over all the new features that were different from the 2015 model. Now that's what I call a "dream salesman," and a very good friend! I couldn't be happier with my new car and how painless the whole procedure was!

    This dealership is absolutely beautiful -- it felt like I was walking into a palace courtyard. They completed the experience by making me feel like a king. Honestly, Bob Baker Mazda gave me what was far and away the best car purchasing experience I've had in my life. Fred Bandi was simply a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a straight shooter from the start. From the very beginning, he quoted me the lowest price on a brand new 2016 CX-5... and trust me, I'd been looking for over a month. There were no gimmicks, no hidden fees, and no run-around. He was open and friendly and the support staff there were also fantastic. Hands down, the next car I buy will be from Fred and Bob Baker Mazda. I won't be wasting my time anywhere else.
