    My wife and I bought two 6 GT's from Reynold Smith. The experience could not have been better! Ren and Bob Baker Mazda was wonderful through the entire process with both my wife and I. Greatly enjoyed the experience! My 23 year-old son was so impressed with Ren and Bob Baker Mazda that he ordered a 3 GT. Hats off to all at Bob Baker Mazda; Ren, Jamey and Jay. Special thanks to Dave and Damon in service did a wonderful job prepping our vehicles!

    Ren Smith (Ren is short for Reynold, just in case you ask for Ren and you don't get put in touch with him) is an awesome guy. I was in touch with him via email for a bit before coming into the dealership and Ren helped me out so much. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and awesome, but I gotta give a shoutout to Ren for being so awesome to me. I got a great car at a great price and I'm very happy.

    I have leased two Mazdas from Fred Bandi at Bob Baker Mazda, Carlsbad, CA.. I just got a recall notice to fix the sharp edges on the corner of the doors on my 17 month old Touring 6., So I went to the service department to find out what that was all about, and was told to wait for my up-coming 15,000 mile service, and they would be glad to take care of the "problem" at no charge. I then went in to visit with my old friend Fred, who welcomed me warmly. I told him that I had just purchased a new phone and I could not get it to sync with my blue tooth. He immediately offered to do that for me. He tried, but apparently my car did not have the correct mating code for my new smart phone. So Fred said, "You need a recall repair on this car, and your phone doesn't work with it.....How about getting a NEW car and saving some money in the bargain!?" I couldn't believe that, but I told him to work up an offer. In no time, he came back with papers that offered to trade in my 2015 "6" for a much improved 2016 model at a monthly payment lower than what I was now paying. When he showed me the car, it was love at first sight, and we sealed the deal a few minutes later! Fred shepherded me through the whole process, and I drove out with a brand new beautiful 2016 Mazda Touring 6 with a lot more great fun "extras" than my old car! Incidentally, he mated my new phone to the car's blue tooth, helped me transfer all my belongings from the old car, and went over all the new features that were different from the 2015 model. Now that's what I call a "dream salesman," and a very good friend! I couldn't be happier with my new car and how painless the whole procedure was!
