Great dealership! We were hesitant to go there because of our credit situation. We were able to get a new vehicles with a lifetime warranty. We put 500 down and have a monthly payment of 364. I would definitely recommend Winchester mitsubishi to my friends and family.

This is an amazing place with a great atmosphere and a great team vibe! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smiling face. They asked me if I needed anything while I waited in the in the gorgeous waiting room. The whole staff was super nice, and they really made sure I was taking care of. I really recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Sales people are going to be just that, a sales person. Read and pay close attention and not just go off of what you're being told. You are the one driving away with a 5 year or so contract and there is no giving it back if you realize it doesn't have everything you thought it did.

Winchester Mitsubishi Sales person Carlen I had been in common with back and forth with for about 2 weeks because I was very much interested in a new Mitsubishi cross eclipse SEL I live in TEMPLE HILLS MARYLAND witch is 2 hours away I sent her all my documents and information that the dealership needed so she tells me after she received my information that she had Pre-approvals for me but I had to come in so my car that I was trading could get appraised and once I arrive the dealership will submit my income information to the bank When my wife and I walked through the door no one said hello can I held you or welcome so she comes and tells us that as soon as she finishes up she will be with us I just wanted to say to you that was real messed up how I sent my documents to make sure there were things in place before arriving and I had told you this before I came but you kept on telling me that you could do something for me I left disappointed and mislead but it’s ok I know that was BS that you told me before I left but I do know and recognize the RACE CARD when it’s played at this point because of the BS you feed me after making that long trip I will Make sure I tell people not to patronize your business because of You do Business Customer service sucks
