This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to.

This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. I’m not kidding when I say that. My wife and I have been leasing cars for the last 15 years and at this point I thought the headache that comes with dealerships is just part of the process. This dealership completely changed my mind on that. From walking in, everyone was helpful, kind and open to discussing car options that were within our budget. From start to finish the process could not have been smoother and everyone we dealt with went above and beyond all expectations. I want to give a big shoutout to Greg A along with Reza and Marc. Thank you helping us pick out and secure our next ride. We absolutely love the car and can’t wait to come back for another when our lease is up.

Unacceptable treatment and deceptive business practices I

Unacceptable treatment and deceptive business practices I have experienced at your dealership, which has left me without a vehicle, financially compromised, and under immense stress.My experience since purchasing this vehicle has been incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The facts of my situation are as follows:Deceptive Sales Disclosure: The vehicle was sold to me as "Certified," yet it has cracks across the windshield, scratches on the rear, a dead key battery, and a dirty rear windshield. Contract and Financial Alterations: The final financial contract I was given changed the numbers and terms we previously agreed upon, No Vehicle and No Communication: I traded in my previous vehicle as part of this transaction. Your dealership now has both my old car and my money, leaving me with no transportation. Furthermore, your team is actively ignoring my emails and messages.Selling a non-compliant vehicle under a misleading "Certified" status, altering agreed upon contract numbers, and ignoring a customer leaving them without any vehicle is completely unacceptable.I request that you immediately address the condition of this vehicle, provide a full refund and return my trade-in vehicle.I expect to receive a reply from a member of your senior management. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau, report these deceptive practices to the Federal Trade Commission, and involve legal counsel.I look forward to your immediate response.

Terrible deal on a really nice 2022 CLS.

Terrible deal on a really nice 2022 CLS. Car fax and mileage…. Not honest at all. The service department was very aggressive and rude!! Horrible customer service!!! Had to unwind and decline the offer. Think twice before your purchase.

Souharda totally screwed me over.

Souharda totally screwed me over. Sold me a car that basically fell apart on the highway. The bumper was not attached and fell off on my way home. I had to reattach on the side of the road. Then the car immediately started having issues that have costed me thousands and they have not done anything to make it right. All they do is IGNORE my emails and phone calls. And you guys are suppose to be a reputable dealer?? You act like a shady used car lot. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
