Infiniti Lease

My wife and I leased a new 2013 Infiniti G37X sedan. Being this was our first ever lease, Ernie answered all of our questions and made the process easy and enjoyable. The people and amenities of the dealership make Infiniti of Naperville a enjoyable place to buy a new vehicle. I highly recommend working with Ernie, as he is knowledgeable, but not pushy in his approach.

I can't say enough good things about working with Sean. He was patient, thorough, and answered all of my questions over a week+ period of email exchanges. He even made recommendations about buying vs. leasing and pointed out options/ ideas I had not considered. I ultimately purchased a car from Sean on Friday evening and he was patient with me as we neared closing time. A true pro. Ray was also a pro; patient and willing to help as he helped me get the best rate possible and value for my money late on a Friday. I highly recommend this team.

great dealership

Me and my wife came to this dealership looking for a car we saw on the internet as soon as we got there they treated us so nice. I tried another dealer before coming to naperville and i was not accepted to finance a car infinity of naperville had no trouble giving me a loan not only that. They reduced the price of the car without asking that was nice of them. Me and my wife are very happy with everything we highly recommend it and we will for sure go back. I purchased my infinity QX60 at this dealership and had a great experience. I had been shopping around looking at different dealerships; after contacting this dealership Tony Saldana contacted me. we had great communication; he then directed me to Sean Pelkey. I arranged a time to meet with Sean and was greeted by Adam who showed me a few cars. Sean then took the lead help locate the QX60 to complete the sale. Negotiation was simple and painless. I knew what I wanted and Sean didn't push me with something I did not want. I appreciate Sean's Willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. We came in for a test drive on a used car available, and were very pleased with the experience. We did not purchase the car as we are just beginning our car hunt, however we appreciated not feeling pressured to buy the car on the spot. Steve was very understanding that this is a big decision and that we would need some time to think about it. Very friendly atmosphere.

Everyone was so friendly, honest (which is hard to find) and helpful! I drove the extra 45 minutes to work with these guys and it was well worth it. You also won't find a better deal at any dealership- they are EXTREMELY fair with pricing. All of the associates I worked with were great! You're in good hands with this dealership- I would HIGHLY recommend it.

I am a first time customer at Infiniti of Naperville, and my experience at this dealership was definitely a step above what I had become accustomed to at other dealerships. For me establishing a specific comfort level with the various team members at a dealership is very important, as I will be back several times over the course of the ownership of my vehicle. After the initial meet and greet, I felt I reached this comfort level quickly. I would recommend asking for Bob Kozar and Ryan Indelicato if you are visiting Infiniti of Naperville.
