Steve went above and beyond to locate the car, and then have it delivered to your dealership. Ryan spent adequate time with me to ensure that I understood how things worked. This was my first Infiniti purchase, I wish I would have purchased from Infiniti sooner. The entire process from start to finish was smooth & exceptional. When I went for a test drive, I was still undecided as to what I really wanted. Sean, my salesman was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. When I made my decision to purchase a QX50, I requested specific colors, options, accessories, etc. Sean was able to find the car I wanted at another local Infiniti dealer. The negotiation to purchase the car went very smoothly & was the most painless new car buying experience I have ever had. Everything was straight forward & laid out up front (price, trade-in value, payments, financing, etc). None of the going back & forth, messing with the numbers, etc. I only asked for a bit more for my trade-in, which they gave me. My car was delivered quickly, cleaned & ready to go, even when I asked for it sooner than was originally agreed upon. I also had a great experience working with Joe in the finance dept. I also appreciate the follow up emails from Sean, Joe & the general manager. I am looking forward to using the service department for oil changes, car washes, maintenance, etc.

My goal and objective when visiting the dealership was initially to gain additional information on the Q50. (I had just come from the Lexus dealership down the road after considering purchasing the Lexus GS.) Immediately, I was greeted by Steve Johnson who provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. From the extensive information provided during the test drive to the patience and willingness to answer all of my questions, I ultimately left that evening driving a beautiful, new Infiniti Q50. I appreciated Steve and the team staying after hours to continue the process and close the sale. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to building a long lasting relationship with the Infiniti dealership team.

It was our first time to this dealership and we were greeted by Scott Rehfeldt. He was very friendly and nice and was not pushy at all. We purchased a used Infiniti and the process was very quick. Ryan Indelicato showed us all the features that our new car had and how to use them. Also Adam the finance person was very nice and we were on our way in our new car in no time at all.

We were looking to transition from our Volvo XC90 to a vehicle that better met our family of six needs. Upon meeting Bob Kozar he treated us with excellent care answering all of our questions. He kept us informed as to the progress of delivering the vehicle and ensured we were completely satisfied prior to our departure. Ryan, was friendly and walked me through the entire technical operations of the car and offered further training at any time. Bob and Ryan then followed up with us to confirm that we were satisfied with the vehicle and if there was anything further they could do. Bob, Ryan and the finance department we very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend Bob, Ryan and the dealership.
