I came in for my oil change on my 2011 EX35 and I stopped in to speak to Bill Haines and see how he was doing. We built a great relationship since I have purchased 2 now 3 vehicles. I am expecting my second child and the EX did not fit my needs any more. I explained to Billy concerns and asked him what my options were in order to get out of my lease on my EX. To make a long story short he worked with his team and got me the demo 2013 JX35 for the same payment as my EX. I know I can always count on Bill when it comes to my car needs. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants a loyal, kind and sincere car salesman. I will work with Bill until he retires and consider him a friend.

This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Bill Haines. We traveled from Park Ridge to Naperville all because of him. Bill's customer service and knowledge of Infinity automobiles is superior. My husband and I run 2 businesses and our free-time is very limited. Thanks to Bill's keen eye and attention to detail, he was able to put us in a car that was just what we were looking for quickly. I gave all my ratings a 5 mainly because everything was perfect when I purchased my car. Paperwork was ready and the car was ready. Ray was great! He understood what I wanted and answered all of my questions and my son was not bored one bit. The dealership was beautiful and the atmosphere was friendly and I hope to go back again in future and have that experience all over again!

The dealership was recommended by my brother when my mom and I both needed new vehicles. The selection was great and so were the prices. It was nice to have a dealership that another family member trusted as both my mom and I were very wary of buying a vehicle from a dealship. Scott was wonderful and didn't pressure us. He gave us facts and figures and many options of vehicles and answered questions with no pressure. Both my mom and I ended up buying vehicles that day. Scott was great and I would certainly recommend him and this dealership to anyone.

All personnel were helpful and very courteous. Drove up from downstate to purchase a specific used Infiniti G37x Coupe that I had previously identified. Traded in the vehicle that I drove and all parts of the process went very smoothly... back on the road with my new vehicle by 5pm that evening.

I have not bought a car from a dealership in many years and was intimidated by the entire process. Scott was extremely helpful and friendly, patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, offered a nice selection of vehicles for me to try out, and helped me find a vehicle that I absolutely LOVE!! I cannot recommend Infinity of Naperville-Lisle and Scott Rehfeldt more highly.

My experience was very successful. Bob was a top notch sales associate, and I am happy with my purchase. That being said, the experience took long time. I suggest they hire additional people to work behind the scenes. This would have prevented me tying up Bob for over 3 hours as we processed paperwork.
