The people who I dealt with were very nice, as I would expect of any decent human trying to get my business. Nothing went above and beyond, the small things I had asked for to put my mind at ease were either not delivered or not to my satisfaction. I got the car I wanted at a decent price but came out of pocket soon after on some items that should have been included, like new wipers. I asked for the car to be “detailed” when handed over and aside from some tire shine and a drive through car wash I was given a $35,000 vehicle with dirty smeared windows, dusty dashboard and not even vacuumed. “We detail the cars when they come in”… so what about all the bugs and tar I’ve had to have professionally buffed out?Free oil changes is a nice touch. I’m sorry but I’m just being honest, I’m answering a text asking “if I wouldn’t mind doing a survey, and my response is “would you mind detailing this car that many people have been test driving for weeks?”

The lack of communication & customer service is terrible
The lack of communication & customer service is terrible . I decided on a car and by time I went to the bank and came back the truck I wanted was sold in less than 30min of me being gone . Then they convince me to buy another car I buy it & they don’t fix not one thing that was wrong with the car at all after saying they would fix it . Went to get an oil change and the almost broke my dipstick for the oil . Then I used the free car wash and my car was scratched up bad after coming out the wash . Mind you this car is Newley purchased no scratches . They say that it’s not there fault and denying that it’s there fault . At this point I’m ready to give them my car back and go with a new dealership who cares about the people and not just there money .

I wasn’t please stop first, but I will admit that I was met with a pleasant staff. My issues were addressed and my Jeep was repaired, cleaned and even my floor mats were given to me. I appreciate being heard, and I appreciate those who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
