I’ve done a trade in, purchase, and 2 leases so far and I’ll continue to use Rob Zabel as my car salesman. I would honestly go where ever he worked, even if he left Fred Martin. I’ve bought a lot of cars and he’s hands down the best I’ve worked with. He’s made everyone in my family feel comfortable as well. Honesty, humility, and patience goes a long way in the world today and Rob has it.

My car had multiple things wrong with it. And you guys don’t even have a loaner for me while I have it fixed. You guys are pathetic. Will never recommend you to anyone ever

]John, you are correct, loaners are tough to secure at this time. We are working daily to secure more inventory to add to our loaner fleet. We are seeing improvements here. This is not just an issue with our Service Department, this is an ongoing issue as rental fleets were depleted during COVID-19 for all supplies, including those like Hertz and Enterprise. Amber W. Is the best no lie, she was so caring and understanding like it made be feel so relaxed and in good hands working with her I literally sat and talked with her about cars on some real honest big sister vibes, and wasn't even sure I was getting the car and she didn't mind . She was just as excited as me that everything was working out in my favor but in all honesty it was because of her she was not taking no.. I left the lot after they were closed because she was making sure I left in my new car...her energy vibe A1 a genuine smile on her face the whole time..Thank u Amber W. I would absolutely recommend her especially for my ladies
