Drove into the service lane for checking in and waited...
Drove into the service lane for checking in and waited for more than 15 minutes. Then stood next to a service desk another couple minutes to get waited on. Had an appointment for 8am Thursday and was told on Saturday morning that the technician still hadn’t started my service. First oil change and tailgate latch adjustment was fixed by Tuesday afternoon. What would you give for a rating.
