Terrible customer service. When I picked up my vehicle, salesman tossed me a set of keys and waltzed right back into the showroom. As soon as I drove 30 miles home I find a huge chip in the paint w damage to the bumper. No wonder Rob Zabel was in such a hurry to get me out of the lot. Brett, the sales manager, told me I wasn’t a customer because this was a fleet vehicle. No wonder they have terrible service with Brett as a manager. Take your hard earned money elsewhere… this dealership is a train wreck.

Aaron, our location served as a delivery location for you to pick up a vehicle purchased from a fleet company. As a delivery location, our interactions with you would be vastly different from a standard customer experience here. The vehicle was washed, you provided a few signatures and were given the keys. The damage to your vehicle was obvious, and several hours of video tape was reviewed showing the vehicle without damage prior to pick up. We understand the frustration of finding damage on your vehicle, but we do not believe this occurred on our lot. Had it, our response to the situation would be different.
